In July 2018, as a half-way point of the District Project Moving Stories, a 48 hour District-wide Conference was held at High Leigh Conference Centre. Methodists from all across the city were invited to attend in order that they may hear and share stories, learn about migration, and be equipped to make a difference in their own churches and communities.

We were blessed to have some fantastic speakers and workshop leaders come to share their knowledge and wisdom with the 178 attendees of the District Conference, including Revd Dr Inderjit Bhogal, Pádraig Ó Tuama from the Corrymeela Community, Revd Cathy Bird and Daleep Mukarji.

We're very thankful for all who came to the District Conference, both participants, and those who played a role in the production of it - we're hoping to see the fruits of it across London for a long time to come.
