Help shape the CTSL Big Gathering

CTSL Big Gathering: Churches Together for the Climate

Wednesday 20 November | 7pm - 9pm

(climate-conscious buffet from 6pm)

Trinity House, Chapel Court, off Borough High Street, SE1 1HW

Churches Together in South London will be hosting their Big Gathering, with a focus on climate change and how churches can play a role and have an impact in the fight against climate breakdown.

The event will be chaired by the Bishop of Woolwich, Bishop Karowei and includes speakers from Christian agencies including Tearfund and Christian Climate Action.

To help shape this event CTSL would like to hear from you.

Is there something in particular that you feel would help you and your church have more of an impact? Perhaps you would like to know more about how to change your church over to renewable energy and move away from single use plastic? Do you question whether people should focus on individual habits or if protesting is the most effective way of seeking political change? Is there someone that you would like to hear speak on the topic of climate change and the church?

Your input, queries and suggestions are all warmly welcomed. Contact Claire Crowley at CTSL (claire@ctslondon.org.uk) to share your insights and help play a part in how the event will unfold.
